Why We Need to Form
a Third
Political Party to Challenge the
Democrats and Republicans

Let's face facts. America is now a one-party state.
The Democratic and Republican parties have become nothing but two
divisions of the same party -- the Demopublican Party. No matter
who wins, we always get more spending, more taxes, more inflation,
more bureaucracies, more wars, and LESS FREEDOM.
The Demopublicans now tax over 50% of our earnings
every year. They steal hundreds of billions of dollars from our
savings through currency debasement. They have brought us
a national debt of over $9 trillion. They have saddled us with
$45 trillion in unfunded liabilities. They are consuming the freedom
and the substance of our lives like a swarm of locusts consumes
a golden wheat field.
We at AFR believe there is only one hope for meaningful
reform. Americans must challenge this egregious irresponsibility
with a third political party. But it must be a real third party that
will actually pose a threat to the Demopublicans' monopolistic
rule.
This is the most crucial issue of our time, and we
must face up to it. We have a runaway Federal Government in
Washington, and we must figure out how to stop its tyrannical growth.
The way to do this is to grasp the cause and effect process involved. MORE.... |

More and more Americans today are coming to understand the terrible
truth about our Federal Government -- that it seeks to dominate us
as citizens, to mold us into a society of dutiful Stepford Wives
totally beholden to the wishes of elite politicians, bureaucrats
and bankers. MORE ... |

There is a strange incongruity, observable throughout the intellectual
history of man, that never ceases to amaze me. Why is it in the field
of ideas that dramatic new visions of truth are so often met with
vehement opposition from a society's intellectuals -- the very men
of the mind who are most dedicated to the pursuit and demonstration
of truth? How can the intellectuals of today's era -- so acutely
aware of humanity's bigoted resistance in the past to Galileo, Semmelweis,
Pasteur, and other radical discoverers of history -- succumb to the
same blind obstinacy in face of the new truths confronting them? MORE

Ever
since the early 60s, the dream of many on the political right has
been to unite political libertarians and cultural conservatives
against the real enemy on the left. For only in this way can the
forces of freedom become strong enough to check the relentless
advance of modern day statism. The Golden Mean puts
forth a philosophical blueprint that should finally bring about
such a unification.
No successful challenge to the authoritarian state can ever take
place without a unity of these two ideologies -- political libertarianism
and cultural conservatism. This unity is the crucial missing
ingredient of today's freedom movement. What has been lacking since
the beginning of our cause is a rational theory that can bring
these two philosophical groups together to restore the original
Republic of states that Jefferson and the Founders envisioned. The
Golden Mean accomplishes this theoretical unification.

Whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad," goes the ancient
saying. If this is true, then our leaders in Washington are headed
straight for the cuckoo's nest. There is a virulent, hubristic madness
consuming our political elites in this first decade of the 21st century.
It manifests in the intrusiveness of the Nanny State, in the relentless
debasement of our currency, in the manipulation of our markets, and
in the outrageous taxes that sap the entrepreneurial vigor from our
lives. But scariest of all, it manifests in the employment of unbridled
power to remake the world's divergent cultures, religions, and systems
into American democracy clones. MORE

Liberal, Conservative, Left,
Right, Center?
What do these political terms mean, and do they still make sense
in the modern world? Yes, they do! But they are being corrupted by
today's political and intellectual authorities in order to advance
their desires for ever-larger centralized government. What is being
promoted to the American people as the political left, center, and
right is a severe distortion of the facts of reality. Crypto-authoritarians
have now cloned themselves throughout our universities and our media.
The "political spectrum con" is one more nefarious weapon to advance
their tyrannical ideology. MORE
